Tony Johnson
CEO/Founder
Discovering his passion for construction when entering the industry over 20 years ago, Tony obtained his general contractor license and created Timeless Properties Construction Co in 2007. The company has performed an Proving that grit and passion can overcome any challenge, Timeless Properties Construction Co navigated the worst real estate collapse in our lifetimes under his leadership. Coming out of the recession Tony made sure he kept a strong focus on building relationships, quality work, honesty, and integrity. With over 160 million on construction volume to date Timeless Properties Construction Co has grown to an area leader of Commercial Construction in eastern North Carolina.
Tony launched Timeless Capital Investments LLC in 2022. This company was formed to create an avenue for partners to invest alongside Tony Johnson on commercial development and value add of existing commercial buildings. Tony aims to help fellow investors take part in profitable projects that they otherwise would not feel comfortable undertaking. By leveraging his construction and development knowledge Tony offers his partners a leg up against less experienced investors. Offering the ability to self-perform Construction, Construction Management, Entitlement and Other functions of projects creates tremendous value for any project.
Tony hosts and produces Carolina Commercial Real Estate Connection. This is a CRE Platform for investors, agents, lenders, or anyone else involved in commercial real estate to voice the current market conditions and how to best improve the areas we serve.
A father of four children, Tony is continually seeking ways to improve the future of the community. Transforming areas by upfitting businesses, creating commercial properties that enhance communities, and refurbishing dilapidated or abandoned properties. In his free time Tony enjoys coaching soccer, watching sports, boat rides, fishing, skiing and snowboarding.

Cameron Pearson is a lifetime resident of Wilmington, NC. He is passionate about our coastal market and providing others the financing to realize the dream of ownership. With almost 20 years working in real estate, Cameron has taken part in over 100 million in real estate transactions in the area.
With a degree in business finance from UNCW, I have learned the ways to navigate the intricate financial world. I enjoy helping people and have a passion for getting the job done. With over 18 years in the banking industry and 5 years experience in real estate investing, I have amassed the tools to help everyone from first time home buyers to the real-estate investor to procure financing. I look forward to constantly striving to give my clients the best service as well as looking for ways to build generational wealth for individuals.
Jennifer Larkins
Administration
Jennifer Larkins has been an integral part of property management for our projects from the beginning.
Having shown the value she brings to the team at Timeless Properties for the last six years she agreed to join Timeless Capital right at the start. Putting her bachelors in human services to good use Jennifer ensures the team is performing at their best, anticipating points of friction and working to resolve them preemptively.
In her free time Jennifer enjoys beach walks with her 2 children, practices kickboxing, and broadens her horizons by traveling.
